FAQ: FAQ

How do I know if Emmanuel Pediatrics is the right choice for my child?

Choosing a pediatrician is a big decision and we want to make sure that we are a good fit for you and your family. That is why we offer free initial consultations to discuss how we work and what we offer. Meet-and-greet sessions with the doctor can be done in person, on the phone or via video. We also offer free in person prenatal consults.

Why is there a monthly fee?

At Emmanuel Pediatrics, we want to make sure we always have time to provide the care you need. As such we are a micro-practice with much fewer patients than a typical pediatrician's office. This allows us to schedule longer appointment slots, have shorter waiting times, schedule same or next day appointments and give you direct access to a doctor who knows and cares about you and your family! We therefore offer a range of concierge packages with monthly fees that vary based on age and whether or not we take your insurance. Please call or text us for more details.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

We will accommodate same-day appointments whenever feasible. Give us a call at (954)-464-3227 to check availability.

What insurance plans do you take?

Right now we accept most Florida Blue, Cigna and Aetna plans. However, we are adding on new plans daily. Please give us a call or text at 954-464-3227 to find out if we accept your insurance.

Will I have a copay or deductible?

If we take your insurance, we are also obligated to collect your copay or deductible as determined by your insurance company. We do not charge co-pays or deductibles for strictly cash pay or subscription patients.

How do I get an appointment after hours?

If you are a patient and need an after-hours appointment please call or text the number provided and we will assist you. If you are not a patient and are interested in a house call or after hours appointment please call 954-464-3227 and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For all emergencies, please call 911.
